鼻内镜手术治疗外伤性鼻中隔骨折40例临床效果分析

Clinical analysis of 40 cases of traumatic nasal septum fracture treated with endoscopic sinus surgery

目的探讨外伤性鼻中隔骨折的特点,总结其诊断及手术方法。方法选取外伤性鼻中隔骨折患者40例,均在全麻下应用鼻内镜施行了手术治疗。结果 38例治疗效果良好,2例术后鼻腔粘连,经分离术后恢复良好。结论鼻内镜手术治疗外伤性鼻中隔骨折效果良好,可以广泛应用。

Objective To investigate the characteristics of traumatic nasal septum fracture and summarize the proper diagnosis and surgical methods.Methods forty patients with traumatic nasal septum fracture were treated with endoscopic sinus surgery under general anesthesia.Results thirty-eight patients had good curative effect,while two had nasal adhesion after the operations who recovered well after separation procedures.Conclusions Endoscopic surgery for traumatic nasal septum fracture is effective and can be widely used.
