摘要
2型糖尿病是一种慢性代谢性疾病,可以导致多种并发症,部分患者会出现听力下降的症状,主要表现为双侧、渐进性的感音神经性耳聋。其发病机制目前存在多种假说,下面本文将结合国内外文献对2型糖尿病导致听力下降的研究现况及致病机制进行综述。
Type 2 diabetes mellitus is a chronic metabolic disease that can lead to a variety of complications.Some patients have symptoms of hearing loss,mainly bilateral,progressive sensorineural deafness.There are many hypotheses about the pathogenesis of type 2 diabetes mellitus.This article will summarize the research status and pathogenesis of hearing loss caused by type 2 diabetes mellitus.
