近年来,淋巴染色剂在癌症手术中得到了广泛的应用。本文目的为探讨纳米炭混悬液作为示踪剂在甲状腺癌中央区清扫中的应用优势,并从甲状腺癌前哨淋巴结的定位及评估、不同示踪剂间的运用原理、特点对比等方面进行了综述,以期对纳米炭混悬液在甲状腺癌中央区清扫中的重要程度提供参考。

In recent years,lymph tracers have been widely used in cancer surgery.The purpose of this article is to explore nanocarbon suspension as a tracer in the application of thyroid cancer were performed in central lymph node dissection advantages,and this article reviews the location and evaluation of sentinel lymph node of thyroid cancer,comparison of application principles and characteristics of different tracers,etc,in order to provide reference for the importance of nano carbon mixed suspension in central lymph node dissection of thyroid cancer.
