摘要
介绍了李乃庚教授运用"形寒饮冷则伤肺"理论治疗小儿迁延性肺炎的经验。李教授结合多年的临床实践,提出了"气阴不足"论,创立"护阳益阴"法,运用经验方黄芪止嗽饮治疗小儿迁延性肺炎气阴两虚证,取得了理想的临床疗效。附典型病案1例,以资验证。
This paper introduces LI Naigeng’s experience in treating children’s prolonged pneumonia based on theory of 'Impairment of the lung by exogenous cold and cold drinking'.Combined with years of clinical practice,professor LI puts forward the theory of 'Deficiency of qi and yin'and erects the therapy of 'Protecting yang and tonifying yin',applying Huangqi Zhisou Yin( 黄芪止嗽饮) in treating children’s prolonged pneumonia with deficiency of qi and yin,which has obtained ideal clinical efficacy.One typical case is attached for verification.
