Based on the principle of staging of yin and yang,professor ZHANG Tingting treats adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding based on syndrome differentiation from three aspects as follows: tonifying the kidney and activating the spleen,clearing up the sources and getting to the root;staging of yin and yang,consolidating the root and focusing on rehabilitation;nourishing yin and regulating the liver-qi,treatment in accordance with physique of an individual. By regulating congenital base of life and postnatal base of life,nourishing blood sea,activating thoroughfare vessel and conception vessel,it has obtained satisfactory clinical efficacy.One case is attached for verification.
