注意缺陷多动障碍是儿童和青少年时期最常见的神经行为障碍,根据临床实际情况,结合小儿"肺常不足"的生理特点以及"天地寒热之伤人也,感则肺先受之"的致病特点,提出从肺论治,常获殊效,并附案例2则,以资验证。

Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder( ADHD) is the most common neurobehavioral disorders in childhood and adolescence.Based on the clinical practice,combined with the physiological characteristics of 'the lung is frequently in insufficiency'and pathogenic characteristics 'when cold and heat of celestial and terrestrial hurt people,the lung is firstly attacked by them'of children,the author puts forward differential treatment from lung and often obtains special effects.Two cases are attached for verification.
