儿童荨麻疹中医病因病机研究概况

TCM etiology and pathogenesis of urticaria in children

通过对儿童荨麻疹相关古籍及现代文献的研究,结合小儿生理病理特点,分别从外感六淫、脏腑失调、先天禀赋及饮食方面对儿童荨麻疹的病因病机进行综述,以期为临床实践及研究提供参考。

Through research in the ancient books and modern literature relevant to urticaria in children,combined with infantile physiological and pathological features,this paper summarizes the etiology and pathogenesis of urticaria in children from the aspects including exogenous disease produced by six climatic exopathogens,disturbance of zang and fu organs,natural endowment and the diet,aiming at provide a reference for the clinical practice and research.
