中药封包辅助治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎32例临床观察

Clinical observation on 32 cases of packets of Chinese materia medica in adjunctive treatment of mesenteric lymphadenitis in children

目的观察中药封包辅助治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎的临床疗效。方法将64例肠系膜淋巴结炎患儿随机分为对照组和治疗组,各32例。对照组给予西医常规治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上给予中药封包温敷脐周。2组均1周为1个疗程,2个疗程后统计临床疗效,并电话随访3个月,观察2组的复发情况。结果治疗组总有效率为90.62%,显著高于对照组的68.75%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组肠系膜淋巴结大小比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性;与同组治疗前比较,2组治疗后淋巴结纵径、横径均显著缩小(P<0.05),且治疗组缩小程度均明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。电话随访3个月,治疗组复发4例(13.79%),对照组复发12例(54.55%),2组复发率比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药封包辅助治疗小儿肠系膜淋巴结炎临床疗效显著,能够有效降低复发率,不仅解决了患儿服药困难的问题,而且简便易行,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of packets of Chinese materia medica in adjunctive treatment of children with mesenteric lymphadenitis.Methods Sixty-four cases of children with mesenteric lymphadenitis were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,with 32 cases in each.The control group was given routine Western medicine treatment,while the treatment group was given hot compress on peripheral umbilicus with packets of Chinese materia medica on the basis of the control group.One week constituted a course of treatment for both groups.Statistics on clinical efficacy were kept after 2 courses and the patients were followed up by telephone for 3 months to observe the recurrence of the 2 groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.62%,which was significantly higher than 68.75%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the size of mesenteric lymph nodes between the two groups(P>0.05),and they were comparable.Compared with the same group before treatment,the longitudinal and transverse diameters of lymph nodes in both groups were significantly diminished after treatment(P<0.05),moreover,the diminution extent of the above-mentioned indicators in the treatment group was significantly superior to that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Telephone follow-up for 3 months,there were 4 cases(13.79%)recurrence in the treatment group and 12 cases(54.55%)in the control group,there was significant difference in the recurrence rate between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion It has marked clinical efficacy to use packets of Chinese materia medica in adjuvant treatment of mesenteric lymphadenitis in children,and it can effectively reduce the recurrence rate and solve the problem of difficult medication for children.With easy operation it deserves clinical promotion and application.
