小儿智力糖浆治疗儿童短暂性抽动障碍30例临床观察

Clinical observation on 30 cases of children with transient tic disorder treated by Xiao’er Zhili Tangjiang (小儿智力糖浆)

目的观察小儿智力糖浆治疗儿童短暂性抽动障碍的临床疗效。方法选取2016年7月至2018年2月在曲阜市中医院儿科就诊的短暂性抽动障碍患儿60例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各30例。治疗组给予小儿智力糖浆治疗,对照组给予盐酸硫必利治疗,2组均治疗3个月为1个疗程,1个疗程后比较2组的临床疗效、中医证候积分和不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组为93.3%,2组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,2组中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性;治疗后,2组中医证候积分与同组治疗前比较,均有所下降,且治疗组下降更显著,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组总不良反应发生率为6.7%,显著低于对照组的26.7%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论小儿智力糖浆治疗儿童短暂性抽动障碍疗效满意,可显著减少患儿的抽动症状,改善中医证候积分,且不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Xiao’er Zhili Tangjiang(小儿智力糖浆)in the treatment of children with transient tic disorder(TD).Methods Sixty cases of children with transient TD consulted in pediatrics department of Qufu Municipal Hospital of TCM from July 2016 to February 2018 were chosen and randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each.The treatment group was given Xiao’er Zhili Tangjiang,while the control group was given tiapride hydrochloride,and the 2 groups were both given 3 months as 1 course of treatment.After 1 course of treatment,the clinical efficacy,TCM symptom scores and the incidence of adverse reactions of the 2 groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.0%,that of the control group was 93.3%,and the difference was not statistically significant between the 2 groups(P>0.05).Before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant in TCM symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05),and they were comparable.After treatment,TCM symptom scores of the two groups all decreased to some degree compared with the same group before treatment,moreover,the treatment group decreased more significantly,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total adverse reactions rate of the treatment group was 6.7%,which was significantly lower than 26.7%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion It has satisfactory curative effects to use Xiao’er Zhili Tangjiang in the treatment of children with transient TD,which markedly reduces the twitch symptoms of the children patients and improves TCM symptom scores with less adverse reactions.It deserves clinical promotion and application.
