布地奈德雾化联合中药散剂口服治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘30例临床观察

Clinical observation on 30 cases of children with cough variant asthma treated by budesonide atomization combined with oral administration of Chinese materia medica powder

目的观察布地奈德雾化吸入联合中药散剂口服治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘的临床疗效。方法将60例咳嗽变异性哮喘患儿随机分为治疗组与对照组,各30例。对照组予布地奈德雾化吸入,治疗组在对照组治疗方法的基础上加中药散剂辨证治疗,2组合并感染者均给予抗感染治疗,治疗8周后比较2组的临床疗效,半年后随访复发率。结果对照组总有效率为86.7%,治疗组为100.0%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组复发率为23.1%,治疗组为3.3%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布地奈德雾化吸入联合中药散剂口服治疗小儿咳嗽变异性哮喘疗效显著,复发率低,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of budesonide aerosol inhalation combined with oral administration of Chinese materia medica powder in the treatment of children with cough variant asthma(CVA).Methods Sixty cases of children with CVA were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each.The control group was given budesonide aerosol inhalation.On this basis,the treatment group was given syndrome differentiation treatment with Chinese materia medica powder,the patients with combined infection were given anti-infection treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared after 8 weeks of treatment,and the recurrence rate was followed up half a year later.Results The total effective rate of the control group was 86.7%,that of the treatment group was 100.0%,and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the control group was 23.1%,that of the treatment group was 3.3%,and the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide aerosol inhalation combined with oral administration of Chinese materia medica powder in the treatment of children with CVA has significant curative effects with low recurrence rate,which deserves clinical promotion and application.
