《托幼机构消毒卫生规范》解读

Interpretation of Health Standard for Disinfection in Nurseries

目的浙江省质量技术监督局2016年第二批省地方标准制修订项目立项,由浙江省疾病预防控制中心牵头,杭州市疾病预防控制中心、宁波市疾病预防控制中心、浙江省消毒产品标准化委员会等单位共同参与制定的DB33/T2082—2017 《托幼机构消毒卫生规范》(《规范》),由浙江省卫生健康委员会推荐,经浙江省质量技术监督局批准于2018年1月26日正式实施。《规范》以预防和控制托幼机构传染病发生和传播为目的,提出卫生要求和评价要求;明确托幼机构的制度管理、人员职责、建筑布局、饮用水管理、空气质量管理、日常清洁消毒、托幼机构内出现传染病疫情时的消毒要求,以及评价卫生学指标的采样及检验方法。为了配合《规范》的宣贯和实施,本文就《规范》出台的意义及重点内容进行解读。

The second batch of provincial standard revision projects in 2016 were established by Quality and Technical Supervision Institute of Zhejiang Province. The Health Standard for Disinfection in Nurseries(DB33/T 2082-2017) was jointly formulated by Zhejiang Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC),Hangzhou CDC,Ningbo CDC and Zhejiang Sterilization Product Standardization Committee. The standard was recommended by the Health Committee of Zhejiang and was formally implemented on January 26,2018 with the approval of Quality and Technical Supervision Institute of Zhejiang Province.For preventing and controlling communicable diseases in kindergartens,hygiene and evaluation requirements were put forward;regulations of system management, personnel responsibilities, layout of buildings, drinking water management, air quality management,daily cleaning and disinfection requirements,disinfection methods during the onset of diseases were formulated;the sampling and testing methods for hygiene assessment were determined. This paper explained the significance and some key contents of the standard for promoting the publicity and implementation.
