半夏白术天麻汤联合前列地尔注射液治疗脑缺血的临床研究

Clinical Study on Treatment of Cerebral Ischemia with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction Combined with Alprostadil Injection

目的:探讨半夏白术天麻汤联合前列地尔注射液对脑缺血患者的临床治疗效果。方法:将80例脑缺血患者随机分为对照组和观察组各40例,对照组给予前列地尔治疗,观察组给予半夏白术天麻汤联合前列地尔治疗。治疗结束后评估两组的临床治疗效果,并观察两组患者在治疗前后相关指标的变化情况。结果:观察组患者治疗后其总有效率(92.5%)及其显效比例(72.5%)明显高于对照组总有效率(70%)及显效比例(47.5%),两者之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组治疗后短暂性脑缺血发作(transient iscehemic atacks,TIA)发作停止时间明显优于对照组,两者之间的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后观察组TIA患者疾病转归情况与对照组相比,其差异具有明显的统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后观察组NO检测值高于对照组(P<0.05),ET检测值低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组TIA患者不良反应情况相比,其差异未见统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:半夏白术天麻汤联合前列地尔注射液治疗TIA患者其临治疗效果显著,安全性高,值得临床推广及应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with alprostadil injection on cerebral ischemia.Methods:Eighty patients with cerebral ischemia were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each.The control group was treated with alprostadil.The observation group was treated with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with alprostadil.After treatment,the clinical treatment effects of the two groups were evaluated,and the changes of related indicators before and after treatment were observed.Results:The total effective rate(92.5%)and effective rate(72.5%)in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(70%,47.5%).The difference between the two groups was significant(P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the duration of TIA attack after treatment in the observation group was significantly better than that of the control groupand the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The observation group’s TIA recovery after treatmentwas statistically significant compared with that of the control group(P<0.01).After treatment,NO was higher in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the ET value was lower in the observation group than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the adverse reactions between TIA patients after treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:The combination of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction and alprostadil injection has significant clinical safety and efficacy in the treatment of TIA patients,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
