Network Relationship of Depressive Disorder and Heart Disease

抑郁症和心脏病都是临床重要的公共健康问题。目前关于抑郁症与心脏病之间的关系已经提出了一些关键的机制,包括行为学机制、遗传机制、和自主机制等。通过探讨抑郁症与心脏病的相关机制,目的阐明"心脑"中医与现代医学相互关系,进而揭示"心主神明""脑为元神之府"的"心脑"中医相关的科学内涵。

Depression and heart disease are both clinically important public health problems.At present,the relationship between depression and heart disease has proposed some key mechanisms,including behavioral mechanism,genetic mechanism and autonomous mechanism,etc.This paper discussed the network mechanisms of depression and heart disease.The purpose of this review is to clarify the relationship between the'heart'and the'brain'in TCM referring to the modern medicine,which reveals'the heart controls mental activities'and'brain being seat of mental activities'.
