茵枙黄口服液联合蓝光治疗新生儿黄疸对心肌酶谱及肝功能影响

Yizhihuang Oral Liquid Combined with Blue Light in Treatment of Neonatal Jaundice Effect on Myocardial Enzymes and Liver Function in Children

目的:分析茵枙黄口服液联合蓝光治疗新生儿黄疸对患儿心肌酶谱及肝功能影响。方法:选取126例新生儿黄疸患儿,随机分成对照组和观察组各63例。对照组患儿给予蓝光照射治疗,观察组患儿给予茵枙黄口服液联合蓝光治疗。连续治疗7 d,对比两组黄疸消退时间、住院时间、治疗前、治疗7 d后心肌酶谱、肝功能、不良反应的差异。结果:治疗后观察组黄疸消退时间、住院时间均短于对照组,组间有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患儿心肌酶谱指标无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后观察组CK、HBDH、LDH等指标均低于对照组,组间有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗前两组患儿肝功能指标无统计学差异(P>0.05);治疗后观察组ALT、AST、TBIL等指标均低于对照组,组间有显著的统计学差异(P<0.05)。治疗期间两组间不良反应发生率无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:茵枙黄口服液联合蓝光治疗新生儿黄疸的效果显著,可促进黄疸消退,保护患儿心肌、肝脏功能,对其预后有益。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Yizhihuang Oral Liquid combined with blue light in the treatment of neonatal jaundice in children with myocardial enzymes and liver function.Methods:A total of 126 cases of neonatal jaundice were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,63 cases in each group.The control group was treated with blue light treatment.The observation group were given Yizhihuang Oral Liquid combined with blue light treatment.After continuous treatment for 7 d,we compared two groups’jaundice subsided time,hospitalization time,myocardial enzymes,liver function,adverse reactions before and 7 d after treatment.Results:After treatment,jaundice subsided time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the indexes of CK,HBDH and LDH in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and there was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in liver function between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),and the indexes of ALT,AST and TBIL in the observation group were lower than those in the control group after treatment,and there was significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups during treatment(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yizhihuang Oral Liquid combined with blue light is effective in the treatment of neonatal jaundice,which can promote the decline of jaundice and protect the function of myocardium and liver in children.
