摘要
目的:采用高效液相色谱法测定大气PM2.5防护微孔壳聚糖药膜中甲基丁香酚的含量。方法:色谱柱:Diamonsil C_(18)色谱柱(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm);柱温:30℃;流动相:甲醇-水;流速:1 mL/min;检测波长:280 nm。结果:该方法中甲基丁香酚回归方程为:y=851 595x-5886,r=0.999 9,甲基丁香酚进样量在0.175 8~3.516μg范围内与峰面积呈良好线性关系,甲基丁香酚的平均回收率为100.77%,RSD为0.54%。结论:本方法操作简单,重复性好,可为大气PM2.5防护微孔壳聚糖药膜质量标准的研究提供科学依据。
Objective:To establish an HPLC gradient test to content determination of methyleugenol in PM2.5 protective porous chitosan membrane with drug.Methods:The HPLC was carried out with Diamonsil C18 column(4.6 mm×200 mm,5μm).The column temperature was 30℃.The mobile phase was methanol and water with flow rate of 1.0 mL/min.The detection wavelength was set at 280 nm.Results:The regression equation for methyleugenol was y=851 595 x-5886,r=0.999 9.There was a good linear relationship between the sample volume of methyleugenol and peak area value when the sample volume of methyleugenol were within the range of 0.1758-3.516μg.The average recovery of methyleugenol was 100.77%and RSD was 0.54%.Conclusion:This method is easy to operate and has high repeatability and can provide a scientific basis for the study of the quality standard of PM2.5 protective porous chitosan membrane with drug.
