中医药临床疗效评价量表临床疗效判定阈值研究的构想

中医药临床疗效评价量表是中医药临床疗效评价和生存质量评价的重要工具,在临床研究中受到广泛关注,国内学者在中医药领域研制了多种疾病的临床疗效评价量表,大量研究成果得以公开发表,为中医药临床疗效评价量表研究提供了较为成熟的方法学借鉴,但因上述量表在反映其有临床意义的分值变化上研究仍然较少,使得现有量表多束之高阁,少应用于临床,制约了其作为临床疗效评价工具的应用性,因而研究设想以最小重要差异值作为切入点,提出中医药临床疗效评价量表临床疗效判定阈值研究的构想,希望借此推动中医药临床疗效评价量表研究的深入发展。

Traditional Chinese Medicine Syndrome Questionnaire is one of the main and important tools for the evaluation of clinical effect and quality of life,which is greatly emphasized in the clinical research.Up to now,a variety of clinical effect evaluation scales have been developed among different diseases in TCM and the results have been already published,providing mature methodology for TCM syndrome questionnaire research.However,the efficacy threshold of all the developed scales has been rarely emphasized,greatly restricting the application of the scales.In this study,an idea of how to design and find out the threshold would be researched on the basis of clinical minimal important differences(MID).We are in greatly enthusiasm to do this research which may promote the deep progress for the TCM syndrome questionnaire research.
