Clinical Experience of Primary Nephrotic Syndrome Based on Collateral Disease Theory

受清代医家叶天士'久痛必入络,气血不行''久病必治络'等临床治疗思想的启迪,基于络病理论的内涵与外延,以及原发性肾病综合征肾虚络瘀的发病机制,从肾络与膀胱络论治原发性肾病综合征临床证治作以分析。

The author is deeply inspired by YE Tianshi’s clinical treatment thought in Qing Dynasty.For example,long-term pain must enter the collaterals,leading to Qi stagnation and blood stasis,a long-term illness must be treated the collaterals,etc.based on the connotation and extension of collaterals and pathogenesis of kidney deficiency and blood stasis in primary nephrotic syndrome,it discussed the clinical treatment of primary nephrotic syndrome from the kidney collateral and bladder collateral.
