中医药对椎间盘退变相关信号通路影响实验研究进展

Research Advancement of Traditional Chinese Medicine Effecting on Signaling Pathways Related to Degenerative Disc Disease

目的:综述近年来中医药对椎间盘退变相关信号通路影响的实验研究进展。方法:查阅近年来公开发表的相关文献,从信号通路受抑制后延缓椎间盘退变和激活后延缓椎间盘退变两方面,分别总结中药提取物、复方、针刺及手法等影响椎间盘退变的作用机制。结果:中医药的相关研究主要集中在NF-κB、MAPK及Wnt等经典信号通路。施加因素多取自临床常用的经方、验方,尤以补益肝肾及温补肾阳类为主。并对椎间盘退变模型均取得了较好的实验结果。结论:通过对信号通路影响的实验研究,在分子层面阐释了中医药对椎间盘退变影响的作用机制。但研究仍存在一定局限性,需继续深入进行,为实现椎间盘退变的中医药精准医疗打下更坚实的基础。

Objective:To summarize the recent traditional Chinese medicine researches on signaling pathways which were related to degenerative disc disease.Method:Wecollected the related researches from the recent yearsand summarized from 3 aspects:Chinese herbology,prescription and acupuncture.Results:Most studies focused on the 3 classical signaling pathways:NF-κB,MAPK and Wnt.The experimental factors were chosen from the classical prescription,mostly for nourishing liver and kidney or warming and tonifyingkidney Yang,and good results are obtained for degenerative models under laboratory conditions.Conclusion:Through the studies of signaling pathways,the mechanism of traditional Chinese medicine treatments for degenerative disc disease is further elaborated at molecular level.But limitations still existand therelevant experiments still need to be deeplycarried on in order to perfect the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine at the molecular leveland prepare for the realization of traditional Chinese medicine precision medicine.
