丹红注射液辅助前列地尔治疗高龄糖尿病肾病患者的临床效果研究

Clinical Effect of Danhong Injection Assisted with Alprostadil in Treatment of Elderly Patients with Diabetic Nephropathy

目的:分析丹红注射液辅助前列地尔治疗高龄糖尿病肾病患者的临床效果。方法:选取高龄糖尿病肾病患者64例,随机分为两组。其中32例采用常规治疗+前列地尔(对照组),其余32例采用常规治疗+前列地尔+丹红注射液(观察组),分析两组患者治疗后的临床效果。结果:观察组患者总有效率(84.38%)高于对照组(59.38%)(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组患者血糖指标、肾功能指标、PAC-1、TNF-α、8-OHdG、T-AOC水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者FPG、2 hPG、肾功能指标、PAC-1、TNF-α、8-OHdG水平低于对照组,T-AOC水平高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:丹红注射液辅助前列地尔治疗高龄糖尿病肾病可降低患者血糖,改善患者肾功能,减轻机体氧化应激反应。

Objective:To study the clinical effect of Danhong Injection in the treatment of senile diabetic nephropathy patients with alprostadil.Methods:64 elderly patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups.Thirty-two cases were treated with alprostadil(control group)and the other 32 cases were treated with Danhong Injection(observation group).Results:The total effective rate in the observation group(84.38%)was higher than that in the control group(59.38%)(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in blood glucose and renal function between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of PG2 and PAC-1 TNF-α8-OHdG in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Danhong Injection combined with alprostadil in the treatment of senile diabetic nephropathy can reduce blood sugar,improve renal function and alleviate oxidative stress.
