补肾安胎方剂治疗先兆流产的效果及对子宫血流动力学指标、便秘发生情况的影响

Effect of Bushen Antai Formula on Uterine Hemodynamics and Constipation in Threatened Abortion Pregnant Women

目的:分析补肾安胎方剂治疗先兆流产的效果及对子宫血流动力学指标、便秘发生情况的影响。方法:选取先兆流产孕妇100例,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组和观察组。对照组孕妇采用常规治疗,观察组加用补肾安胎方剂治疗,分析两组孕妇治疗后的临床效果。结果:观察组孕妇总有效率为92.00%,对照组为72.00%,观察组孕妇总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组孕妇子宫动脉血流动力学指标水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组孕妇RI、S/D水平低于对照组,但PI水平与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗前,两组孕妇Fbg、P、HCG水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组孕妇P、HCG水平高于对照组,Fbg水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组孕妇足月妊娠率高于对照组,早产率、便秘率低于对照组,流产率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:补肾安胎方剂治疗先兆流产疗效显著,可改善孕妇子宫血流动力学指标,提高足月妊娠率,降低早产和便秘的发生率。

Objective:To analyze the effect of Bushen Antai Formula on uterine hemodynamics and constipation of threatened abortion pregnant women.Methods:A hundred pregnant women with threatened abortion were divided into control group and observation group according to different treatment methods.The pregnant women in the control group were treated with routine therapy and the observation group was treated with Bushen Antai Formula,and the clinical effect of the two groups was analyzed.Results:The total effective rate of pregnant women was 92.00%in the observation group and 72.00%in the control group.The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in uterine artery hemodynamics between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of RI/S/D in pregnant women in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,but the Pi level was not significantly different from that in the control group(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group’s level of HCG in women was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the level of FBG was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The full-term pregnancy rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group.The premature delivery rate and constipation rate in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the abortion rate was not significantly different from that in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of threatened abortion with Bushen Antai Formula can improve the uterine hemodynamics of pregnant women,increase the full term pregnancy rate and reduce the incidence of premature delivery and constipation.
