补肾活血方治疗膝骨关节炎临床疗效

Clinical Effect of Bushen Huoxue Prescription on Knee Osteoarthritis

目的:探讨补肾活血方在膝骨关节炎患者中的应用效果。方法:收集100例膝骨关节炎患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例。观察组给予补肾活血方治疗,对照组给予塞来昔布治疗,共治疗1个月。观察两组患者治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟法(VAS)评分、骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)、临床总疗效率及不良反应发生率。结果:治疗1月后,两组患者VAS及WOMAC均较治疗前有明显降低(P<0.05),两组患者治疗有效率比较无显著性差异(P>0.05),但是观察组患者不良发应发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:补肾活血方治疗膝骨关节炎疗效确切,不良反应发生率低。

Objective:The objective of this article is to investigate the clinical effect of Bushen Huoxue Prescription on knee osteoarthritis.Methods:A total of 100 patients with with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were randomly divided into two groups.There were 50 patients in each group.The observation group received Bushen Huoxue Prescription and the control group received therapy of celecoxib.The duration of treatment was one month.The changes of the visual analogue scale(VAS),scores of the WOMAC,clinical effect and adverse effects rate were compared between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the changes of the visual analogue scale(VAS),scores of the WOMAC were markedly decreased(P<0.05).The clinical effect showed no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).However,the adverse effects rate in observation was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Huoxue Prescription has a good effect on knee osteoarthritis with low adverse effects rate.
