复合氨基酸生晒参对氨基酸的吸收及其在小鼠脏器中分布的影响

摘要 目的:探讨复合氨基酸生晒参对氨基酸的吸收及其在小鼠脏器中氨基酸分布的影响。方法:通过消化代谢实验,评价复合氨基酸生晒参对氨基酸的吸收和代谢的影响。结果:复合氨基酸生晒参和生晒参单用时,小鼠对药用氨基酸(MAA)、必需氨基酸(EAA)、非必需氨基酸(NEAA)和总氨基酸(TAA)的吸收率均高于单用氨基酸和对照组;复合氨基酸生晒参组和生晒参组小鼠心脏中非必需氨基酸含量高于氨基酸组和对照组;复合氨基酸生晒参组和氨基酸组小鼠肝脏中非必需氨基酸和总氨基酸含量高于生晒参组和对照组。结论:氨基酸与生晒参配伍时能够有效提高小鼠对氨基酸的吸收率,且服用生晒参时,可有效提高小鼠心脏中非必需氨基酸水平,而氨基酸的服用对肝脏中非必须氨基酸水平和总氨基酸水平均有一定的提高。 Objective:To discuss the effects of the amino acids absorption rate of compound amino acids and white ginseng and amino acids spectrum in heart and liver organs in mice.Method:The effects of compound of amino acids and white ginseng were evaluation on absorption and metabolicof amino acids by digestion and metabolism experiments.Results:The results showed that compound of amino acids and white ginseng group and white ginseng group’s absorption rate of medicinal amino acids(MAA),essential amino acids(EAA),non-essential amino acids(NESS)and total amino acids(TAA)were higher than that of the other groups.NEAA in these group mice’s heart was higher than that of other groups.NEAA and TAA in compound groups and amino acids group mice’s liver was higher than those of the other groups.Conclusion:The combination of ginseng and amino acids can effectively improve the absorption rate of amino acid in mice and ginseng can effectively improve the level of NEAA in the mouse heart.Amino acids can improve the levels of NEAA and TAA in the mice liver.
