氧化应激是指机体内氧化与抗氧化作用失衡,自由基产生过多,对机体造成的负面影响。氧化应激被激活时,大量的氧化中间产物损伤脑组织,造成老年认知障碍。认为'虚痰火'动态演变机制与氧化应激造成的老年认知障碍在致病上有相似之处。从'虚、痰、火'探讨氧化应激在老年认知障碍的影响,并探寻中医药治疗老年认知障碍的治疗策略,有助于对中医药防治老年认知障碍的深入研究。

Oxidative stress refers to the imbalance between oxidation and antioxidation in the body,excessive production of free radicals,which has a negative impact on the body.When oxidative stress is activated,a large number of oxidative intermediates damage brain tissue,resulting in cognitive impairment in the elderly.This paper holds that the dynamic evolution mechanism of'deficiency,phlegm and fire'is similar to the cognitive impairment of the elderly caused by oxidative stress in pathogenesis.From'deficiency,phlegm and fire'to explore the effect of oxidative stress on cognitive impairment in the elderly,and explore the treatment strategies of traditional Chinese medicine for cognitive impairment in the elderly.It is helpful for the further study on the prevention and treatment of cognitive impairment in the elderly with traditional Chinese medicine.
