基于“痰瘀毒”病机探讨细胞焦亡与动脉粥样硬化的关系 被引量:47

摘要 细胞焦亡是一种依赖于半胱氨酸依赖性天冬氨酸特异性蛋白酶家族(Caspase)的调控性促炎形式的细胞死亡,其特征在于孔道形成,质膜破裂,细胞内容物和促炎症介质进入细胞间质,导致炎症和细胞死亡。其中炎症小体激活Caspase-1对于细胞焦亡及动脉粥样硬化(AS)斑块的形成有着重要作用。这种病理机制与中医'痰瘀毒'在AS中的致病机制相符合。因此,从'痰瘀毒'病机探讨细胞焦亡在AS中的作用,可为中西医结合防治AS提供新的思路。 Pyroptosisis a kind of pro-inflammatory form of cell death depends on the family of cysteine-dependent aspartate-specific proteases(Caspases).It is characterized by pore formation,plasma membrane rupture,cellular contents and pro-inflammatory mediators entering extracellular,leading to inflammation and cell death.The inflammasome-activated Caspase-1 plays an important role in pyroptosis and the forming of atherosclerotic plaque.The pathological mechanism meets with traditional Chinese medicine mechanism of phlegm-stasis-toxin in atherosclerosis.Therefore,we can discuss the effect of pyroptosis on atherosclerosis by using the mechanism of phlegm-stasis-toxin,which can provide new thoughts for preventing and treating atherosclerosis with the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine.
