针刀治疗菱形肌损伤临床研究进展

Clinical Research Progress of Acupotomy Therapy for Rhomboid Muscle Injury

菱形肌损伤是上背痛常见原因之一,由于其特殊的解剖位置和复杂的病因病理,在临床治疗过程中存在着难度大、安全性存疑、治疗不完全及易复发等问题,常发展成顽固性背痛。常规治疗方法有针灸、推拿、物理治疗等,但疗效不佳。针刀疗法可通过分离粘连的软组织、恢复失衡的人体力学平衡、改善局部微环境等作用途径治疗该病,具有较好的临床疗效。通过总结已有的病因病机、治疗原理和临床常用的针刀术式研究,结合临床实践认为,针刀治疗该病较为安全有效。

Rhomboid muscle injury is one of the common causes of upper back pain.Because of its special anatomical location and complex etiology and pathology,there are many problems in clinical treatment,such as difficulty,doubtful safety,incomplete treatment and easy recurrence,which often develop into intractable back pain.Routine treatments include acupuncture,massage and physiotherapy.But the curative effect is not good.Acupotomy can treat the disease by separating the adhesive soft tissue,restoring the imbalance of human mechanics,adjusting the local micro-environment and so on.It has good clinical efficacy.This paper summarizes the existing etiology,pathogenesis,treatment principle and clinical commonly used needle-knife surgery research,combined with clinical practice,the needle-knife treatment of the disease is more safe and effective.
