多囊卵巢综合征子宫内膜病变的研究进展

多囊卵巢综合征影响全世界4%~18%的育龄期女性,严重影响'女性一生'的生殖健康疾病,多囊卵巢综合征近年来成为了困扰女性不孕的主要因素。多囊卵巢综合征患者由于内分泌失调、卵泡发育受阻、长期受单一雌激素作用而无孕激素拮抗、血清雄激素异常升高、胰岛素抵抗和高胰岛素血症的影响,多囊卵巢综合征临床症状表现为多样性和复杂性,高雄和胰岛素抵抗是多囊卵巢综合征两大内分泌特征。子宫内膜长期处于这种内分泌状态会发生很多病变。现将对多囊卵巢综合征子宫内膜病变影响因素的研究进展进行阐述。

Polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)affects 4%~18%women at childbearing age in the world and is a reproductive health disorder that seriously affects women’s life.PCOS has become a major factor disturbing female infertility in recent years.Patients with PCOS,due to endocrine disorders,obstruction of follicular development,long-term single estrogen without progesterone antagonism,abnormal serum androgen,insulin resistance and hyperinsulinemia,have multiple and complex clinical manifestations.Hyperandrogenism and insulin resistance are two major endocrine features of PCOS.Endometrium long-term in this endocrine state will occur a lot of lesions.Now PCOS endometrial disease factors which affect the progress are summarized.
