应用BOLD-fMRI技术对经前期综合征肝气郁证患者激活脑区定位分析

Application of BOLD-fMRI Technique to Localize Activation of Brain Area in Patients with PMS Liver Qi Depression

目的:采用BOLD-功能磁共振成像技术对PMS肝气郁证患者激活脑区进行定位。方法:筛选纳入符合标准的患者作为病例组23例,对照组22例,采用BOLD-功能磁共振成像技术对受试者成像扫描。在功能磁共振扫描过程中,两组受试者均观看图片诱发抑郁情绪。结果:静息态:病例组与对照组相比,激活增强的脑区:Sub-lobar,Extra-Nuclear,额叶18个脑区,枕叶左侧距状裂周围皮层,岛叶2个脑区,边缘叶,叶下11个脑区和左内侧和旁扣带脑回等脑区。任务态:病例组比对照组激活增强的脑区:枕叶4个脑区,颞叶13个脑区,病例组比对照组激活减弱的脑区:顶叶2个脑区,额叶5个脑区,带回2个脑区。结论:(1)PMS肝气郁证患者静息态符合大脑默认模式网络及情绪加工。(2)PMS肝气郁证发病的中枢机制为:枕叶、颞叶激活增强与顶叶、额叶、扣带回脑区激活减弱。

Objective:To use BOLD-functional magnetic resonance imaging technique to locate the activation brain region of patients with PMS liver Qi stagnation syndrome.Methods:A total of 23 patients in the case group and 22 in the control group were included in the screening.BOLD-functional magnetic resonance imaging was used to scan the subjects.During functional magnetic resonance scanning,both groups of subjects watched pictures that induced depression.Results:Resting state:Compared with the control group,the resting state was activated in the case group:Sub-lobar,extra-nuclear,18 brain regions in the frontal lobe,peripheral cortex of the occipital lobe,and 2 insular lobes.Area,marginal lobe,eleven brain regions under the leaf and brain regions such as left medial and lateral cingulate gyrus.Task state:The activated brain regions in the case group were higher than those in the control group:4 occipital regions,13 temporal regions,and buckle,5 brain regions,convolutions 2 brain regions.Conclusions:(1)The resting state of patients with PMS liver Qi stagnation syndrome is in line with the brain’s default mode network and emotional processing.(2)The central mechanism of PMS liver Qi stagnation syndrome is:activation of the occipital lobe and temporal lobe and activation of the parietal lobe,frontal lobe and cingulate gyrus.
