维生素D对树突状细胞分化的调节在心肌重塑中的机制探讨 被引量:5

摘要 心肌重塑是冠心病、高血压、心肌炎等心血管系统疾病共同的病理机制。心血管系统疾病的免疫发病机制的提出,为心肌重塑防治提供新的理论依据及思路。维生素D在心肌重塑中存在多途径、多靶点的作用,是有效防治心血管疾病的潜在靶点。树突状细胞与Th17/Treg均参与心血管疾病的心肌重塑,树突状细胞分化对Th17/Treg的平衡存在调节作用。维生素D在免疫调节方面具有多元化特征,能够通过影响树突状细胞的分化和成熟进而干预Th17/Treg的平衡。由此推测,维生素D可能影响树突状细胞分化对Th17/Treg平衡调节在心肌重塑中发挥重要作用。深入探讨维生素D在免疫方面对心肌重塑的干预机制,为中医药进行心血管疾病的防治及药物作用靶点的探索提供新的思路。 Myocardial remodeling is a common pathological mechanism of cardiovascular diseases such as coronary heart disease,hypertension and myocarditis.The introduction of the immune pathogenesis of cardiovascular diseases provides a new theoretical basis and ideas for the prevention and treatment of myocardial remodeling.Vitamin D has multiple pathways and multiple targets in myocardial remodeling,which is a potential target for effective prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.Both dendritic cells and Th17/Treg are involved in myocardial remodeling of cardiovascular disease,and dendritic cell differentiation modulates the balance of Th17/Treg.Vitamin D has a diverse characteristic in immune regulation,which can interfere with the balance of Th17/Treg by affecting the differentiation and maturation of dendritic cells.So it is speculated that vitamin D may affect the differentiation of dendritic cells and play a critical role in the regulation of Th17/Treg balance in myocardial remodeling.To further study the intervention mechanism of vitamin D on myocardial remodeling in immune can provide new ideas for Chinese medicine to prevent and treat cardiovascular diseases and explore targets of drug action.
