蓝光照射结合逐瘀怯黄汤对新生儿黄疸血清转铁蛋白与C反应蛋白的影响 被引量:18

Effects of Blue Light Irradiation Combined with Zhuyu Qiehuang Decoction on Serum Transferrin and C Reactive Protein in Neonatal Jaundice

摘要 目的:探讨蓝光照射结合逐瘀怯黄汤对新生儿黄疸血清转铁蛋白与C反应蛋白的影响。方法:选择新生儿黄疸患儿172例,根据Excel随机表格法将患儿分为研究组和对照组,每组86例。对照组患儿采用蓝光照射治疗,2.0~6.0 h/次、间隔时间2.0~4.0 h,2次/d。研究组患者采用蓝光照射结合逐瘀怯黄汤治疗,1剂/d,分早中晚3次服用。两组均治疗7 d。比较两组治疗疗效、治疗前后血清TRF和CRP水平,治疗前、治疗后3 d、5 d以及7 d血清胆红素水平以及治疗过程中发生的不良反应情况。结果:研究结果显示,研究组治疗总有效率为93.02%高于对照组治疗总有效率的82.56%(P<0.05);两组治疗前血清TRF和TRF水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗后血清TRF水平均较治疗前升高,且研究组治疗后血清TRF水平高于对照组。两组治疗后血清CRP水平均较治疗前下降,且研究组治疗后血清CRP水平低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗前血清胆红素水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),研究组治疗后3 d、5 d以及7 d血清胆红素水平低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患儿不良反应发生率为5.81%,低于对照组患儿不良反应发生率的15.12%(P<0.05)。结论:逐瘀怯黄汤结合蓝光照射治疗新生儿黄疸疗效确切,可有效的降低血清胆红素水平,升高TRF水平,降低CRP水平,促进黄疸消退,降低不良反应,取得了满意的临床疗效,值得进一步推广。 Objective:To objective the effect of blue light irradiation combined with Zhuyu Dihuang Decoction on serum transferrin and C-reactive protein in neonatal jaundice.Methods:A total of 172 cases of neonatal jaundice were divided into study group and control group according to the method of Excel random table,86 cases in each group.The control group was treated with blue light irradiation for 2 to 6.0 h/times,interval 2 to 4.0 h,and 2 times/d.The patients in the study group were treated with Zhuyu Qiehuang Decoction combined with blue light irradiation,and 1 dose/d,3 times in the morning,middle and evening.The two groups were treated for 7 d.The therapeutic effects,serum TRF and CRP levels before and after treatment,serum bilirubin levels before treatment,3,5 and 7 days after treatment,and adverse reactions during treatment were compared between the two groups.Results:The results showed that the total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 93.02%,higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the levels of serum TRF and TRF in the two groups(P>0.05)before treatment.The level of serum TRF in the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and the level of serum TRF in the study group was higher than that in the treatment group after treatment.The level of serum CRP in the two groups was lower than that before treatment,and the level of serum CRP in the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The level of serum bilirubin in the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The level of serum bilirubin in 3 d,5 d and 7 d in the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the group was 5.81%,lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 15.12%.Conclusion:Zhuyu Dihuang Decoction combined with blue light irradiation is effective in treating neonatal jaundice.It can effectively reduce serum bilirubin level,elevate TRF level,reduce CRP level,promote jaundice subsidence and reduce adverse reactions.It is worthy of further promotion.
