醒神开窍针刺法联合疏血通对急性缺血性脑卒中预后的影响

Effect of Resuscitation Acupuncture Combined with Blood Dredging on Clinical Prognosis of Patients with Acute Ischemic Stroke

目的:探究醒神开窍针刺法联合疏血通对急性缺血性脑卒中患者的临床干预后的影响。方法:84例急性缺血性脑卒中患者采用随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组,每组42例患者。对治疗组患者采用疏血通联合醒神开窍针刺法进行治疗,对照组患者采用疏血通进行治疗;观察比较两组患者治疗前后的神经缺损功能程度评分的变化情况,日常生活的活动能力以及对两组患者治疗方案的总有效率进行比较。结果:在神经功能缺损评分项目上,治疗组与对照组均有一定程度的降低,但治疗组的下降程度显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗组的日常生活活动能力评分与总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:醒神开窍针刺法联合疏血通对急性缺血性脑卒中患者具有良好的治疗效果,可以有效改善患者神经功能的缺损程度,提高患者的生活活动能力。

To explore the effect of the combination of acupuncture and moxibustion on the clinical intervention of patients with acute ischemic stroke.Method:Eighty-four patients with acute ischemic stroke were selected and divided into treatment group and control group by using random number table method,with 42 patients in each group.The patients in the treatment group were treated by the method of blood circulation combined with the method of resuscitation acupuncture,while those in the control group were treated by blood circulation.We observed and compared the changes in the functional degree of neurological defects before and after treatment,the activity ability in daily life and the total effective rate of the treatment plan of the two groups of patients.Results:As for the score item of neural function defect,both the treatment group and the control group showed a certain degree of decrease,but the decline degree of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The daily activity ability score and total effective rate of the treatment group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combination of acupuncture and moxibustion has a good therapeutic effect on patients with acute ischemic stroke.It can effectively improve the degree of neural function defects and the living ability of patients.
