《黄帝内经》中饮食养生理论探析 被引量:8

摘要 目的:对《黄帝内经》中食疗理论及药膳组方方法进行梳理,以寻求中医营养学的理论基础。方法:采用传统文献学研究方法。结果:一是"食饮有节,起居有常"是饮食养生的基本原则;二是遵循"天人相应"的原则,根据食物的"四气""五味"相关属性,顺应自然规律,不同时节及不同体质选择不同食材进行调摄;三是若饮食五味有所偏嗜则会造成相应脏腑功能的损伤失调出现病变;四是对于五脏机能失调的相关疾病利用食物的性味进行调养,可治疗和预防疾病进展和复发。结论:饮食养生调摄需顺应自然、规律进食、五味调和、无偏嗜的原则,对五脏机能失调的相关疾病也可根据食物的四气五味具体属性进行调养,从而治疗和预防疾病再生。 Objective: Collect the theory of food therapy and the method of medicinal cuisine in the book of The Inner Canon of Huangdi,to seek the theoretical basis of Chinese medicine nutrition. Methods: Research methods of traditional Litera ture reasearch method. Results: 1. The rule of 'Eat moderately and live regularly'is the basic principle of dietary regimen;2. Following the principle of'the correspondence between nature and human',according to the related properties of the 'four properties ' and 'five tastes ' of food,comply with the laws of nature,different seasons and different constitution choose different ingredients to be taken;3.If the partial addicted to eating one of the five tastes,It can cause the injury of the corresponding viscera function,thus appear visceral lesions;4. Using the properties and tastes of food to treat the disorder of the five internal organs,could treat and prevent disease progression or relapse. Conclusion: The dietary theropy need to comply with the nature,eatting regularly,combining the five tastes reasonably with unbiased diet.The related diseases of the malfunctioning of the five internal organs can be adjusted according to the specific properties of the foods as four properties and five tastes.It can treat and prevent disease regeneration.
