基于thermoTRP离子通道初探膝骨关节炎(骨痹)“寒邪”为病的分子机制 被引量:9

摘要 "寒邪"是膝骨关节炎(骨痹)的重要致病因素,具有"致痛"及"致病"的多靶点效应。thermoTRP通道是一种参与感知温度阈值的瞬时感受器电位通道,能被寒冷刺激所激活,可视为"寒邪"为病的作用靶点。既往文献表明,不同组织中thermoTRP的作用具有差异,如背根神经节thermoTRP通道激活介导疼痛,而膝关节thermoTRP通道激活则表现为促炎效应。由此可见,thermoTRP通道能被作为膝骨关节炎(骨痹)"寒邪"为病的内在分子机制,其中背根神经节thermoTRP介导"寒邪"致痛机制,而膝关节thermoTRP通道参与"寒邪"致病机制。 'Cold evil' is an important pathogenic factor producing multiple target effects including'causing pain'and'aggravating disease'in the knee osteoarthritis( KOA),which also called bone rheumatism in traditional Chinese medicine theory. Thermo TRP channel,a type of transient receptor potential channel,involved in the perception of temperature threshold. It can be activated by cold stimulation,so that it has been also regarded as the target of ' cold evil' as a pathogenic factor. Previous researches confirmed that the thermo TRP channel worked differently in diverse tissues,such as the activation of thermo TRP in the dorsal root ganglia mediated the occurrence of pain,while the thermo TRP in the knee joint produced a pro-inflammation effects. As a result,the thermo TRP ion channel can be introduced as the molecular mechanism of ' cold evil' as a pathogenic factor in the knee osteoarthritis( bone rheumatism). Concretely,the thermo TRP channel in the dorsal root ganglia mediates the pathogenesis of'cold evil causes pain'in the knee osteoarthritis,while the thermo TRP channel in the knee joint is related to the'cold evil aggravates disease'.
