基于GoPubMed 针灸治疗颈椎病的文献计量学分析

Bibliometric Analysis of Acupuncture and Moxibustion for Cervical Spondylosis Based on GoPubMed

目的:分析PubMed中收录的针灸治疗颈椎病相关文献,以了解应用针灸治疗颈椎病的概况。方法:应用GoPubMed检索针灸治疗颈椎病的相关文献,获得从主题、出版年限、期刊、作者所属国家和城市等方面分析的可视化结果。结果:PubMed中共收录文献981篇,最近10年保持相对稳定增长的趋势;文献中高频词有针灸、病人、人类、针灸穴位、女性、针数、男性、研究报告、颈部疼痛等,发文期刊主要分布在中国、英国、美国。结论:针灸治疗颈椎病的文献量逐年增加但影响仍然有限,针灸治疗颈椎病的作用机制研究还不够深入,其盲法的选择与实施对针灸治疗颈椎病的临床研究存在一定的干扰性,且疗效评价不够客观,这些都阻碍了针灸临床研究的进展。

Objective:To analyze the literature related to the treatment of cervical spondylosis by acupuncture and moxibustion in PubMed,and understand the general situation of acupuncture and moxibustion in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.Methods:GoPubMed was used to search the related literatures on acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of cervical spondylosis,and the visual results were obtained from the aspects of subject matter,publishing years,periodicals,the country and city of the author,and so on.Results:A total of 981 references were collected by PubMed,which maintained a relatively stable growth trend in the last 10 years.The high frequency words in the literature are acupuncture,patient,human,acupuncture point,female,needle number,male,research report,neck pain and so on.The periodicals was mainly distributed in China,Britain and the United States.Conclusion:The amount of literature on the treatment of cervical spondylosis by acupuncture and moxibustion is increasing year by year,but the influence is still limited.Acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylosis mechanism of action research is not deep enough,its blind method selection and implementation has certain interfered with the acupuncture treatment of cervical spondylosis in clinical research,and the effect of evaluation is not objective enough,which hindered the development of acupuncture clinical research.
