基于数据挖掘技术中医药治疗特发性癫痫的用药规律及理论分析

Medication Law and Theoretical Analysis in Treating Epilepsy Based on Date Mining Technology

目的:探讨中医药治疗癫痫病的用药规律、核心药组。方法:电子检索国内各大数据库,筛选治疗癫痫病的有效中药处方,对其进行描述性分析、关联规则分析和聚类分析。结果:息风类、祛痰类、补益类、安神类、开窍类药物应用最为广泛,用药趋势集中,频率最高药物有石菖蒲、天南星、半夏、天麻、全蝎。药物存在固定搭配,置信度最高的关联群为半夏-陈皮-茯苓-天南星,通过聚类分析可得到僵蚕-全蝎-天麻-天南星-石菖蒲等19个聚类群。结论:中医药通过"调其脏,通其络"治疗癫痫病,且存在脏腑经络用药法式及固定搭配,以实性病机为主,息风药、祛痰药、开窍药为核心药物。

Objective:To analyze the medication law and core drug pair in treating epilepsy.Methods:Datebases were electronically retrieved,to establish the prescription datebase.Descriptive analysis,association rule analysis and clustering analysis were conduct.Results:Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma,Arisaematis Rhizoma,Pinelliae Rhizoma,Gastrodiae Rhizoma,Scorpio were the five highest frequency herbs.The extinguish wind medicine,expectorant medicine,tonic medicine,sedative medicine and awaking medicine were emphasized.The association rule analysis indicated the highest degree of correlation was among Pinelliae Rhizoma Citri,Reticulatae Pericarpium,Poria,Arisaematis Rhizoma.Through clustering analysis can get 19 key combinations such as Bombyx Batryticatus-Scorpio-Gastrodiae Rhizoma-Arisaematis Rhizoma-Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma.Conclusions:TCM treat epilepsy through'regulating Zang viscera and dredging channels',The extinguish wind medicine,expectorant medicine,awaking medicine were especially emphasized.
