摘要
目的:探究菊花在简易库和冷藏库中理化指标的动态变化过程。方法:同一批菊花在简易库和冷藏库中贮藏33个月,定期取出菊花样品日光下观察色泽和质地,烘干法测定水分,按照2015版《中国药典》规定的高效液相色谱法测定绿原酸、3,5-O-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸、木犀草苷的含量。结果:菊花贮藏27个月后,在简易库中的色泽由黄白色加深为黄褐色,质地由轻柔润变为脆易碎;在冷藏库的色泽加深为浅黄褐色,质地保持不变;简易库中菊花的绿原酸含量在27个月后下降明显,而在冷藏库中基本不变;简易库中菊花的3,5-O-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸含量在15个月后显著降低,而在冷藏库中基本不变;简易库中菊花的木犀草苷含量在15个月后出现了升高现象,而在冷藏库中则在27个月后出现升高现象。但不论是简易库还是冷藏库,菊花中水分、绿原酸、3,5-O-二咖啡酰基奎宁酸和木犀草苷的含量均在《中国药典》规定的含量范围之内。结论:综合而言,冷藏库的贮藏有利于保持菊花的色泽、质地和质量,建议在简易库中的贮藏时间不宜超过27个月。
Objective:To explore the dynamic change of physic-chemical indexes of Chrysanthemi Flos(CF)stored in simple and cool warehouses.Methods:Same batch of CF was stored in simple and cool warehouses for 33 months and token out termly.The color and texture were observed under the sunlight.The content of water was determined by an oven-drying method.The contents of chlorogenic acid,3,5-O-dicaffeoylquinic acid,and galuteolin were determined by an HPLC method ruled by Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Results:The color and texture of CF stored in simple warehouse at the 27 th months deepened from yellowish-white to yellowish-brown and turned from light and soft to crisp and brittle,while deepened to light yellowish-brown and remained constant in cool warehouse during the entire 33 months,respectively.The content of chlorogenic acid in CF at the 27 th months decreased in simple warehouse obviously,while remained constant in cool warehouse during the entire 33 months.The content of 3,5-O-dicaffeoylquinic acid in CF at the 15 th months decreased in simple warehouse obviously,while remained constant in cool warehouse during the entire 33 months.The content of galuteolin in CF at the 15 th and 27 th months increased obviously in both simple and cool warehouses,respectively.The contents of water,chlorogenic acid,3,5-O-dicaffeoylquinic acid,and galuteolin in CF were within the limits ruled by Chinese Pharmacopoeia.Conclusion:In general,it is more beneficial to maintain the color,texture,and quality of CF stored in cool warehouse than in simple warehouse.It is suggested that the storage time is not more than 27 months in simple warehouse.
