湿疹是常见皮肤病,西医或中西医结合治疗效果欠佳,常常采用激素治疗,其副作用多且停药后易复发,病程缠绵难愈。王进教授结合多年临床防治经验认为,皮肤之中湿滞、郁热、入血进而络瘀、生毒、生风是慢性湿疹的基本病理及进程,依据中医学经典理论,基于'肾主表通腠理藏周身营卫之气、肾主蛰守位藏精固本调平相火、肾主津液助肺脾运化皮中水湿、以水涵木精血充足毒清风灭'4个层面,综合分析从肾论治慢性湿疹的机制和具体用药规律,为临床治疗慢性湿疹提供新思路。

Chronic eczema is common skin disease,usually adopting hormone therapy,but it brings increasingly side effects and easy recurrence without drugs treating,causing stretching illnesses out over months.It is not effective using Western medicine or combination of Chinese traditional and Western medicine therapy.Linking many years clinical experience of prevention and treatment chronic eczema,WANG Jin Professor thinks basic pathology and process of chronic eczema is dampness stagnancy and heat accumulation with invading blood system,next collateral stasis resulting in poison and wind.According traditional Chinese medicine theory,basing on four aspect'kidney store Yingwei,controlling exterior and opening interstitial spaces''kidney dominating storage and holding place,store essential substance to reinforce foundation with leveling ministerial fire''kidney commanding liquid-water help lung and spleen transport water-wetting in skin''with water self-restraint wood,enough essence and blood clear poison and wind',analyze the mechanism of therapy chronic eczema by kidney and specific laws of using medicine,providing new idea and method for clinic treating chronic eczema.
