摘要
湿热蕴结证是非酒精性脂肪性肝病的重要证型之一。湿热蕴结脾胃引起肝脏病变,这与现代医学中"肠-肝轴"学说不谋而合。现代研究表明,肠道菌群失调可能推动非酒精性脂肪性肝病的演变进程,其产生的临床症状与中医脾胃湿热引起的证候具有相似性。因此基于"肠-肝轴"学说与中医肝脾相关理论,推测土旺侮木是湿热蕴结型非酒精性脂肪性肝病的重要病机。
Damp-heat accumulation type is one of the types of nonalcoholic fattty liver disease.When damp-heat accumulates the spleen-stomach,it will cause hepatic lesion.That happens to coincide with the modern medical theory of'Intestinal-liver axis'.Modern research has shown that dysbacteriosis of intestinal flora may promote the evolution process of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.And there is something similar between the clinical symptoms caused by dysbacteriosis of intestinal flora and syndrome monitoring arised from spleen-stomach damp-heat.Therefore,basing on'Intestinal-liver axis'and'TCM Liver and Spleen Related theory',it can be speculated that'Earth Stagnation,Wood Depression'takes an important part in pathogenesis for nonalcoholic fatty liver disease of damp-heat accumulation type.
