《黄帝内经》中咽喉疾病相关理论探析

Analysis of the Relevant Theory of Pharynx and Larynx Diseases in the Inner Canon of Huangdi

基于《黄帝内经》(以下简称《内经》)中咽喉疾病的相关原文的基本意涵,从病因病机和治疗两方面对其进行概括整理。其中病因病机包括外邪侵袭机体、循经上扰咽喉,过劳耗伤正气、咽喉失于濡养,志苦郁结气机、咽喉气结痰凝,食积损伤肠胃、咽喉津血失养等4方面。治疗包括针刺治疗、药物治疗、自身调节等,这为后世中医临床咽喉疾病的辨证治疗奠定了理论基础。

Based on the basic meaning of the related text of the throat disease in the Inner Canon of Huangdi,the pathogenesis and treatment was summarized.Among them,the etiology and pathogenesis included invasion of the body causing throat lesions;physical strain leading to the lack of nutritional support for the throat;painful emotions causing the gather of qi and phlegm in the throat;the intestines and stomach injured by improper diet resulting in the lack of body fluid and blood in the throat.The treatment included acupuncture treatment,medication,self-regulation.It provided a theoretical basis for the syndrome differentiation of the throat diseases in traditional Chinese medicine.
