小儿推拿联合中药治疗婴儿湿疹及复发因素的生存分析

Survival Analysis of Infantile Eczema and Relapse Factors with Infantile Tuina Combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的:探析小儿推拿对婴儿湿疹的疗效及影响婴儿湿疹反复发作的因素。方法:随机抽取符合纳入标准的120例婴儿湿疹患者,根据随机数字表法将其分为2组,对照组采用常规中药口服及外洗治疗,试验组在对照组基础上加入小儿推拿,2组均对患儿生产方式、饮食情况等基本信息进行记录。且在治疗结束后第20天、40天、60天进行随访,记录患儿发生终点事件的时间,最后进行生存分析。结果:疗效分析显示试验组痊愈、显效率优于对照组,生存分析显示试验组、无过敏史、具有高学历母亲的患儿湿疹复发率低,生存时间长,差异有统计学意义;多因素COX回归显示试验组婴儿湿疹复发率低,患儿无过敏情况、母亲高学历是婴儿湿疹的保护因素。结论:小儿推拿可提高婴儿湿疹疗效,且推拿疗法、避免婴儿过敏情况的发生、提高母亲文化程度可以降低婴儿湿疹的复发率。

Objective:The effect of infantile tuina on infantile eczema and the factors affecting repeated episodes of infantile eczema were analyzed.Method:120 cases of infantile eczema patients were randomly selected according to the inclusion criteria.Which were divided into two groups.The control group using conventional oral medicine and external washing treatment,the experimental group were added pediatric taina on the basis of the control group.The mode of birth,diet and other basic information of the two groups were.The patients were followed up at 20 days,40 days,and 60 days after the end of the treatment.The time of the patient’s endpoint was recorded and the survival analysis was carried out.Results:The curative effect analysis showed that the test group cured and markedly effective rate is better than the control group,the survival analysis showed that in the experimental group,no history of allergy,with a high degree of mother’s children with eczema and low recurrence rate,long survival time,the difference was statistically significant,multi factor COX regression analysis showed that the test group of infant eczema patients without low recurrence rate,no allergy,mother high education are protective factors for infantile eczema.Conclusion:Infantile tuina can improve the curative effect of infantile eczema,and massage therapy,avoiding the occurrence of infant allergy and improving the educational level of mothers can reduce the recurrence rate of infantile eczema.
