罗志娟“通补清消”法辨治月经过多探讨

Analysis of Professor LUO Zhi-juan’s Treatment for Menorrhagia by Dredging,Reinforcing,Clearing and Eliminating

从对疾病的认识、辨证、治法、用方总结罗志娟教授治疗月经过多的临床经验,认为月经过多主要病机是冲任不固、经血失于制约,常见的病因是气虚、血热以及血瘀;若病程日久,气随血耗,致气更虚,气虚运血无力,瘀血内阻,瘀阻日久化热,热迫血行,致虚、热、瘀交织,虚实夹杂互为因果而致病,故'气虚证''血热证''血瘀证''气虚血瘀证'为月经期四大证型且临床常见多证型合并;治疗以'通补清消'立法,对于常见证型'气虚血瘀证'巧用'通补'治法,寓通于补,以通为用;用方上,以自拟参补汤为基础方结合补肾调经治本之1、2、3号方加减分月经期、非经期治疗疗效显著。

This article summarizes professor LUO Zhi-juan’s clinical experience in treating menorrhagia from his understanding of the disease,syndrome differentiation,treatment methods and prescription.It is believed that the main pathogenesis of menorrhagia is unstable chong ren that menstrual blood loss in constraints and its common causes are Qi deficiency,blood heat and blood stasis.If the course of the disease lasts long and Qi is consumed with blood,causing more deficiency of Qi,blood stasis internal resistance,blood stasis blocking heat for a long time,heat forcing blood circulation,causing deficiency,heat and blood stasis to interweave,and the deficiency and excess mixed with each other are causes of disease.Therefore,the'Qi deficiency syndrome''blood heat syndrome''blood stasis syndrome'and'Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome'are the four major syndrome types during the menstrual period and are commonly combined with multiple syndrome types clinically;In treatment,prescription should be made to'dredging,reinforcing,clearing and eliminating',while for the common syndrome type Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome,the tongbu treatment method is skillfully used to take'Tong'as supplement and take'tong'as its purpose;In terms of prescription,professor LUO Zhijuan has been taking the self-made Shenbu decoction as the basic prescription,combined with prescription 1,prescription 2 and prescription 3 of tonifying kidney and regulating menstruation to cure the root causes,and the curative effect was obvious.
