从“久病入络”看络脉层次分类的必要性

Necessity of Classification of Collateral Level from the Perspective of "Long-term Illness Involving Collaterals"

《黄帝内经》(以下简称《内经》)中有大量关于络的论述,但其名称各异、所指不一,同时当前中医教材中对络脉也没有进行全面概括,导致中医学子对络的认识侧重于浅层络脉,因而引发了对'久病入络'理论的误解。以此问题为切入点,全面分析《内经》中的相关论述,结合后世医家注解及近现代医家观点。本文认为应根据其深浅分布不同而将络脉分为阴络和阳络两大类,'久病入络'及当下对络病的研究涉及的是深层阴络,而当前中医学子所认识的络脉更多的是浅层阳络。

There are many kinds of descriptions about collaterals in the Inner Canon of Huangdi,with different names and different connotations.Meanwhile,there is no overall summarization in TCM Teaching Material.This leads to the problem that TCM students maily focus on the superficial collaterals,which results in misunderstanding of the theory of'Chronic Diseases Transforming to Collaterals'.Based on this problem,this paper comprehensively analyzes the relevant discussions in the Inner Canon of Huangdi,combining with the comments of later physicians and the viewpoints of modern physicians.Collaterals should be classified into Yin collaterals and Yang collaterals according to depth.The theory of'Chronic Diseases Transforming to Collaterals'and the current study on collateral disease are related to deep Yin collaterals.The TCM students mainly knows superficial Yang collaterals.
