皮科“调候”法探析

Exploration of "regulating Method" of dermatology

人与天地相参,与日月相应。四时有轮回,人体应自然气候特点,受其寒暖燥湿而影响。出生于立冬-大寒之间者,多寒水当令,土冻柴少火微,体质偏阳虚阴盛;出生于立夏-大暑之间者,多属火土当令,五行火重水死,偏阴虚火旺。人体过寒过暖过燥过湿均易致疾病状态,需施以'调候。'调候者即调控自身环境以适应自然界的万千气象,以图生存发展。文章通过分析调候法的定义、运用原则,归纳调候之法依据,阐述其在皮肤病中的具体体现,旨在为皮肤科辨治体系提供些许新思路。

The human beings are coherent with heaven and earth,and echoing with the sun and moon.The human physiology and pathology react on the basis of the climatic variation in the natural world and the repeated cycle of four seasons,so that the body adjusts itself in order to adapt to natural changes.The body has its climatic characteristics,and it is impacted from the cold,warmth,dryness and humidity in the natural climate.People who were born from the Beginning of Winter to the Great Cold are mostly belonging to cold in season,they are frozen in soil,few in firewood and tiny in fire speaking of the five elements,and meanwhile,their physical quality is relatively deficient in Yang and excessive in Yin.People who were born from the Beginning of Summer to the Great Heat are mostly belonging to heat in season,they are excessive in fire and lacking water speaking of the five elements,and meanwhile,their physical quality is relatively deficient in Yin and excessive in fire.The states of excessive cold,warmth,dryness and humidity could cause disease in body easily,and the'climate adjustment'is required to apply.The climatic adjustor refers to the one who adjusts his own environment so as to adapt to the diversified weather in natural world and seek for survival and development.Through analyzing the definition of climatic adjustment method,principle of its application,as well as concluding the foundation of climatic adjustment,this paper elaborated its detailed embodiment in skin diseases and aimed to offer a few new thoughts for the argument and therapy system in dermatology department.
