摘要
'治上用头,治中用身,治下用尾,通治全用',李时珍当归不同部位功效差异之论断具有重要的科学价值。虽然该原创性发现得到广泛应用与次生代谢产物研究数据证实,但是其产生的生物学基础研究十分缺乏。课题组前期研究发现,采收期归头与归尾差异表达基因富集于阿魏酸合成调控通路-类苯基丙烷生物合成路径(PB路径)。为探索当归头与尾阿魏酸代谢模式,本文将从当归头与尾的功效差异、含量差异、酶活性及基因表达差异等层次进行介绍,皆在为当归栽培、鉴定、炮制加工、成分分析以及分子育种提供参考。
It is an important scientific value that different parts of Angelica sinensis(AS)was used in distinguish diseases.These original theory have been widely used,and have been confirmed by secondary metabolic experimental data.However,the biological base research of Angelica sinensis is not clear.Differential expressed genes are relation to PB pathway of ferulic acid between the head and the tail of Angelica sinensis during collection period by transcription research of topic teams.In order to explore metabolic model of ferulic acid in the head and tail of Angelica sinensis,we should introduce research progression from effective difference,content difference,enzymatic activity and differential genetic expression in the head and tail of AS.This metabolic model provides new theoretical basis for cultivation,identification,processing,component analysis,molecular breeding of AS.
