中西医结合疗法对蝮蛇咬伤相关生化指标的影响

Effect of Taditional and Western Medicine on The Related Biochemical Indexes of Viper Bite Patients

目的:探讨蝮蛇解毒汤与抗蝮蛇毒血清联用对蝮蛇咬伤患者相关生化指标,即血中性粒细胞比率(N%)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、血小板计数(PLT)、谷丙转氨酶(ALT)、尿红细胞计数(URBC)、血清肌酐(Cr)、血清肌酸激酶(CK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)的影响。方法:收集2016年5月至2016年10月在我院因蝮蛇咬伤住院患者病例160例按随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组,对照组为西医常规治疗组,试验组在对照组基础上加蝮蛇解毒汤口服,记录和比较2组患者治疗前后上述观察指标的数值。结果:2组患者在年龄、性别、病程、病情程度比较差异无统计学意义;试验组患者治疗后N%、CRP、ALT、URBC、Cr、CK均较对照组下降明显,而PLT上升较对照组明显,而对CK-MB值与对照组比较差异无统计学意义,提示加用蝮蛇解毒汤组在患者肝肾功能及炎性指标改善情况优于单纯西药组,而2组对心肌酶改善情况相当。结论:加用蝮蛇解毒汤对蝮蛇咬伤患者有积极治疗作用。

Objective:To explore the effect of viper detoxifying decoction and Antivenin serum on the related biochemical indexes of patients:blood neutrophils ratio(N%),c-reactive protein(CRP),platelet count(PLT),alanine aminotransferase(ALT),urinary red(URBC),serum creatinine(Cr),serum creatine kinase(CK),creatine kinase-MB(CK-MB).Methods:Collecting 160 cases of hospitalized patients with the viper bites during 2016.05-2016.10 in our hospital,randomly divided into 2 groups(control group&experimental group),control group as the conventional western medicine treatment group,group experimental group add viper detoxification decoction,record the index value of two groups before and after treatment,compare the difference between the two groups.Results:There was no statistically significant difference between the two groups in age,gender,course of disease and severity.Experimental group after treatment in patients with N%,CRP,ALT,URBC,Cr,CK were down significantly,while the rise in the PLT is obviously compared with control group,for CK-MB there was no significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion:Viper detoxifying decoction has positive therapeutic effect on viper bite patients.
