基于数据挖掘的针灸治疗视神经萎缩取穴规律分析

Analysis of Acupoint Selection Rules of Optic Atrophy Treated by Acupuncture Based on Data Mining

目的:运用数据挖掘技术分析针灸治疗视神经萎缩的取穴规律,为临床治疗提供参考。方法:计算机检索中国知识资源总库(CNKI)、万方数据库、中文科技期刊数据库(重庆维普)、中国生物医学文献服务系统1989年1月1日至2017年10月1日针灸治疗视神经萎缩的临床研究文献,录入中医传承辅助平台构建数据库,运用规则分析、改进互信息法、复杂系统熵聚类等数据挖掘方法进行统计分析。结果:对纳入的142篇文献和160条针灸处方进行分析,穴位频数统计结果显示频次排名前5位的穴位有睛明、风池、球后、攒竹、光明,提取核心穴位组合规律得到常用的穴位组合有"睛明,球后""睛明,风池""球后,风池"等,并衍生出10个新的核心穴组及5个新的针灸处方。结论:针灸治疗视神经萎缩以局部取穴为主,配合经络循经取穴。

Objective:Our team do this research for the purpose of analyzing the rules of acupoint selection in treating optic atrophy with acupuncture and moxibustion therapy based on data mining and providing references for clinical treatment.Methods:Our team searched articles about treating optic atrophy with acupuncture and moxibustion,which were retrived from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),Wanfang Database,Chinese Scientific and Technical Periodical Database(Chongqing VGP),China Biomedical Literature Service System January 1,1989-October 1,2017 Clinical Study on Acupuncture and Moxibustion Treating Optic Atrophy Literature,then input TCM heritage support platform to build a database,and use statistical analysis of rules mining,improved mutual information,complex system entropy clustering,network topology and other data mining methods.Results:Our team extracted the rules of core acupoint combination,and derived 10 new core acupoints and 5 new acupuncture prescriptions,through analyzing 142 articles and 160 acupuncture prescriptions.The included 142 articles and 160 acupuncture prescriptions were analyzed.The rules of core acupoint combination were extracted and 10 new core acupoints and 5 new acupuncture prescriptions were derived.Conclusion:The main priniciple in treating optic atrophy is local acupoints and following the acupoints,combining with acupoint selection based on syndrome differentiation.
