基于中医古籍的羊乳功用研究

Literature Research of Goat Milk in Ancient Books of Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的:分析羊乳在古代医书中临床应用的规律并探讨其证治特点,为羊乳开发提供参考。方法:检索中华医典、中国方剂数据库、书同文古籍数据库收录的古籍记载,以"羊奶""羊乳""羊酪""羊酥"为关键词检索,统计文献出处、功效主治,分析羊乳古代使用范围。结果:根据检索策略共得到638条古籍数据,对其进行筛选,去除掉相关重复检索,最终得到292条古籍数据涉及138部古籍。对含有"羊乳"及其异名古籍中的应用频次统计,结果显示共涉及23种功效,有"反胃呕逆、膈症"(61次)、"虚劳"(气虚、血虚)(50次)、"解毒"(治蜘蛛咬伤)(48次)、"面皯"(42次)等。结论:羊乳甘平润泽,适用人群广泛,是优良的滋补品。羊乳单用可濡养胃气,改善脾胃系统症状,如干呕、反胃呕逆、便秘等,还可解毒、祛斑、美白等。羊乳也可以组方入药,或者作为赋形剂使用,可见羊乳在饮食、保健、药用方面具有很好的应用前景。

Objective:To analyze the clinical application of goat milk in ancient medical books,to explore the different characteristics of syndrome,and provide suggestions for the development of goat milk.Methods:Search the records in ancient books with the key words"goat milk","Goat Milk","Shell Cheese"and"Sheep Crisp".Combined with the results of modern research,analyze the rules of usage of goat milk in ancient times.Results:According to the search strategy,638 dat in ancient books were obtained.After removing the relevant repeated data,292 pieces of data were obtained,involving 138 ancient books.23 main functions or indications are summarized in the ancient books containing"goat milk",based on the frequent statistics,such as the treatment of"nausea and vomiting","virulence(Qi deficiency,blood deficiency)","detoxification(treating spider bites)",freckle and so on.Conclusion:The development and utilization of goat milk has a long history.It can treat phlegm,constipation,labor and thirst,and also has the effect of detoxification,freckle and whitening.Goat’s milk is smooth and moist,suitable for a wide range of people and is an excellent tonic.Goat milk can be used to nourish the stomach and improve the symptoms of the spleen and stomach system,such as retching,nausea and vomiting,constipation,etc.Goat milk can also be used as a prescription or as an excipient.It can be seen that goat milk has a good application prospect in diet,health care and medicinal use.
