张兰中西结合治疗桥本氏病经验总结

Professor ZHANG Lan’s Experience in The Treatment of Hashimoto’s Disease

桥本氏病为临床常见的甲状腺疾病,张兰教授运用中西结合的独特优势对治疗本病有着丰富的诊疗经验及良好的临床效果。本文通过对张兰教授治疗桥本氏病的学术思想及临床经验进行总结与分析,认为本病发病多与体质、情志、水土、饮食等相关,主要涉及肝、脾、肾三脏,其中气痰瘀为主要病理因素,三者结于颈前为主要病机,在治疗上遵循西医辨病与中医辨证相结合的原则,以整体观念为核心,补养阴阳相结合,对该病进行分期论治,以期为临床治疗提供思路。

Hashimoto’s disease is a clinical common thyroid disease,this article sumnarized and analyazed Professor ZHANG Lan’s syndrome differentiation and clinical experience in the treatment of Hashimoto’s disease with the combination of Chinese and Western,It is believed that the disease is mainly related to physique,emotion,diet and so on,mainly involving the three organs of liver,spleen and kidney,among which Qi,phlegm and stasis are the main pathological factors,and the three are the main pathogenesis in front of the neck.In the treatment,the principle of combining western medicine with TCM syndrome differentiation is followed,and the whole concept is the core and nourishing Yin and Yang.The disease was treated by staging for providing the diagnosis and treatment for the treatment of Hashimoto’s disease in combination with Chinese and western medicine.
