医教协同背景下提升中医专业学位研究生培养质量探析 被引量:4

Improving quality of professional postgraduates in TCM specialty in background of medical-education cooperation

摘要 为进一步推进医学教育改革与发展,提高医疗卫生服务水平,高等医学院校中医专业学位研究生培养积极顺应医教协同要求,在提高专业学位研究生临床能力方面取得一定成绩,也积累了一定经验。梳理中医专业学位研究生培养实践过程中新情况,并着重从专业学位研究生培养过程中的导学关系再构建、中医特色能力培养及科学研究素养的差异性培养等方面展开讨论,提出相关思考和建议,以期提升中医专业学位研究生培养质量。 In order to promote medical education reform and improve medical service levels,the training of professional postgraduates in TCM specialty should conform to requirements of medical-education cooperation. The certain achievements and experiences have been made. The new situation in the practice of training of professional postgraduates in TCM specialty is analyzed. The reconstruction of teaching and learning relationship,training of TCM special ability and differential cultivation of scientific attainment are discussed. Some suggestions are put forward for improving talent training quality of professional postgraduates in TCM specialty.
