摘要
目的把握全国中医药类高等院校科技工作的整体情况,为进一步提高中医药创新科技能力奠定理论基础。方法以近7年(2011—2017年)科技统计数据为依据,对全国24所中医药高等院校的科技经费投入和科技产出成果进行描述性对比分析和变动趋势分析。结果科技投入方面,中医药高校经济来源相对单一,政府资金仍是中医药高校科技投入的主要来源;上海、广州、南京、北京中医药大学年均科技经费投入相对较高,上海中医药大学"引企入校""引企入股"模式值得借鉴。科技产出方面,长春中医药大学鉴定成果数和技术转让收入相对较高,但其余学校仍需重视横向课题的获取,深化成果转化。结论中医药高校投入产出地区间差异较大,中医药高校应扩展科技投入方式,推动产学研合一,提高科技成果创新性,深化科技成果转化。
Objective To grasp the whole complexion of scientific work in TCM universities and colleges in China,and lay a theory foundation for improving scientific innovation ability of TCM. Methods The input of science and technology funds and achievements of science and technology output were given descriptive comparative analysis and changes trend analysis in 24 TCM universities and colleges in China based on statistical data in resent7 years( 2011-2017). Results As input of science and technology,financial resources are relative single in TCM universities and colleges,and government funds are still major source. The input of science and technology was higher in Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine,Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine and Beijing University of Chinese Medicine. The mode of Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine was worth learning. As output of science and technology,the identified achievements and income from technology transfer were relatively higher in Changchun University of Chinese Medicine. Conclusion The difference in input and output for research is large among different TCM universities and colleges. TCM universities and colleges should extend ways of science and technology,improve industryuniversity-research integration,enhance innovation of sci-tech achievements,and deepen science and technology achievement transformation.
