党的基层组织是党在社会基层组织中的战斗堡垒。在高校党建中,教师党支部是基层组织,是党的主要工作和战斗力的基础,是办好中国特色社会主义大学的重要支撑。近年来,学校党委坚持把加强教师党支部建设作为战略工程、基础工程,常抓常新、持续用力,着力把教师党支部建设成教育党员的学校、团结群众的核心、攻坚克难的堡垒,有力促进了学校"双一流"建设和各项事业的蓬勃发展。实践启示我们,打造高校教师党支部全面过硬战斗堡垒,必须坚持党的政治建设不动摇,必须有强大的制度建设做保证,必须以丰富的文化建设为引领,必须用民主的内部氛围做支撑。

Grassroots organizations are the fighting fortresses for our Party in managing social issues.Party branches for teachers are exactly such fortresses regarding the Party constructions in colleges and universities.They have provided foundations and fighting forces for the major works of the Party,and are also the significant supporting power to build a university with Chinese socialist characters.During recent years,with innovative and enduring efforts,the Party Committee of our university has persisted in making it a strategic and fundamental project to strengthen the construction of Party branches for teachers.By focusing on the effort to build the Party branches for teachers into a school for Party members education,a core to unite the people and a fortress to overcome all difficulties,we have strongly promoted the'Double First-Class'construction and injected vitality into all undertakings of our university.Practices enlighten us that to forge the Party branches for university teachers into a comprehensive and qualified fighting fortress,we must stick to the political leadership of our Party,and ensure a powerful institution construction as the guarantee,an abundant cultural construction as the orientation and a democratic internal atmosphere as the support.
